Property restoration official punch-list (Completion by Jan 29)

Punch-list items below. The images correlate to each image below. Images have been marked with red for action identified.

Job must be completed by Jan 29th for our cleaning crew to wrap up on or before Jan 31

1. Seal holes where possible and paint? concrete front yard entrance concrete (stairs and top landing only)
2. Seal trim back yard entrance
3. Hardwood was re-surfaced last year, try and revive or clean? Stickers everywhere
4. Holes to be filled and painted (North West Bedroom)
5. New kitchen flooring has stickers all over
6. Clean area up. Molding and trim needs to be either cleaned or painted
7. Bathroom transition is loose
8. Behind toilet, wall should not look like this
9. Bathroom vanity needs to be cleaned or painted and look new again
10. Doors that have color or dent need to be cleaned or painted
11. Any wall with damage or drawings need to be either cleaned or painted
12. Any wall with damage or drawings need to be either cleaned or painted
13. Bath tub spout needs to be fitted and sealed correctly
14. Bath tub needs to be re-sealed. Trim needs to be either cleaned or painted? Tub cap needs to be tightened. Tub needs drain-o or something to open up the flow. The sewer lines in the house are 100% cleared so must be something localized
15. North East bedroom needs all items removed
16. Remaining clutter needs to be dumped or donated

19. Doors that have color or dent need to be cleaned or painted
20. Front door transition needs to be painted and sealed (sealer then paint on top), also the door is very tight to the flooring, needs to be easier to open

22. Kitchen backsplash and countertop need to be tightened some how, the gap needs to be caulked all the way across
23. Remove all kitchen pantry items (Keep only cleaning supplies) and donate or dump

** Several items above have multiple shots, so it's not as many items as it seems. Just wanted to include as much angles as possible.

There are several items in the garage to be either (hopefully) donated or dumped. The garage was 100% functional (it's a new door and opener, but something wrong with power, unsure what prior tenant has done. Will need an electrician to check it). If items are not removed by Jan 24th, please move forward with item removal process. For now I have unlocked the door so it can be manually pulled up and down. The paint used is under the kitchen sink, the house is one color tone.
